If any item is not available when you order it, we will let you know when we can

The delivery is considered complete after the first presentation of the goods to the
buyer. The delivery will be done in exchange of a delivery note signed by the person
who takes delivery of the good.
It is the customer's responsibility to check if titem is in fact with his order he placed before he signs the delivery note.
Any anomaly (damaged, missing or broken items...) must be immediately described by the customer on the delivery note that he would have signed. The customer will also have to confirm this damage (in a registered letter) addressed to the carrier within two (2) days following the date of delivery.
The customer will have to send a copy or an email of this letter to email@example.com.
The clients will have to contact Jouetsjouetsbois.com the very same day of the delivery or the day after the delivery at the latest. The customers will also have to inform the company about mistakes concerning the items ordered and/or about the information specified on the delivery receipt. Any complaint reported after this delay mentioned above will be rejected.
Complaints will only be taken into account if sent via electronic mail since the purchase was made online. The customers will have to mention their own contact information, the date of the delivery, the order number, the items ordered, the item number(s) which appear on the delivery receipt and on the bill, the exact reason for the complaint (damaged items, defected merchandise, items already installed or used, wrong item, missing item, damaged packaging...) and possible wrong delivered items (reference number and quantity).
Any complaints that will not be reported as described above and for which the delay will have expired, will not be taken into account and www.jouetsjeuxbois.com will have no responsibility in that matter.
Once the complaint is received by www.jouetsjeuxbois.com, it will be assigned a number (of which the customer will be notified via email or regular mail) in order for the customer to be able to exchange the item(s). The carrier of www.jouetsjeuxbois.com will be in charge of exchanging or making a new delivery and retrieving the damaged merchandise or the wrong item(s).
Concerning wrong items delivered or items to be exchanged, they will all have to be returned to the carrier in their original packaging.
The fees concerning exchanges will be paid by www.jouetsjeuxbois.com only in the case that the wrong items would have been delivered.
Exceptionaly goods sold by jouetsjeuxbois.com can be refund if the buyer sends
the article back in his original packing non damaged within 7 days after reception
of the good.Any used goods that will be send back to jouetsjeuxbois.com will
not be replaced.
Jouetsjeuxbois.com will not refund after a delay of 7 days (according to the
email date or mail stamp).
The date of delivery is the first presentation by the carrier.
Any good send back by a buyer before he had been given a return number will
not be refund to him.
Return delivery expences included in the retraction clause will be in charge
of the buyer.
As soon as jouetsjeuxbois.com will receive the goods back he will send an electronic
mail or a letter to confirm this reception. This confirmation will indicate
clearly :if all the coditions are required to obtain refund. Meaning : if the
good is not damage if there no missing parts or if the packing is not damaged

packaging has to be done again jouetsjeuxbois.com will not refund the total
amount of the price paid by the buyer.The amount of the refund will be the price
of the good minus the price of the repacking.The refund will be done only by
inter bank transfer on the same bank account used initialy by the buyer within
a delay of maximum 30 days after the envoice of the confirmation of reception
of the goodto the customer.
